The canton of Ermont is a French constituency ( canton ) in the Arrondissement Argenteuil , in the Département Val-d'Oise and in the region of Île-de-France ; its capital is Ermont . Lionel Georgin ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2001 .
