The Canton Franconville is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Argenteuil , in the department of Val-d'Oise and the region Ile-de-France ; its capital is Franconville . Gérard Sebaoun ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Department from 2004 to 2011 . Marie-Christine Cavecchi ( UMP ) succeeded him.
