The canton of Soisy-sous-Montmorency was until 2015 a French constituency in the Arrondissement of Sarcelles , in the Département Val-d'Oise and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town was Soisy-sous-Montmorency . Luc Strehaiano ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
