The Canton Beauchamp was a 2015 French constituency in Arrondissement of Pontoise , in the department of Val-d'Oise and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Beauchamp . Raymond Lavaud ( DVD ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1992 to 2011 . He was succeeded by Gérard Lampert-Motte ( UMP ).
