The canton of Enghien-les-Bains was until 2015 a French constituency ( canton ) in the Arrondissement of Sarcelles , in the Département Val-d'Oise and in the region of Île-de-France ; its capital is Enghien-les-Bains . Philippe Sueur ( DVD ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
