The canton of Montmorency is a French constituency ( canton ) in the Arrondissement of Sarcelles , in the Département Val-d'Oise and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Montmorency . From 1985 to 2011, François Longchambon ( UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département . He was followed by Michèle Berthy (also UMP).
