The canton Villiers-le-Bel is a French administrative unit ( canton ) in the arrondissement of Sarcelles in the department of Val-d'Oise and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Villiers-le-Bel . Didier Vaillant ( PS ) has been a representative on the General Council of the Department since 2008 .
