The Communauté de communes des Coteaux de l'Allier ( Basque: Euskal herriko hegoa ) is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It was founded on December 26, 1994 and comprised six parishes. The administrative seat was in Orbeil .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged

and so formed the successor organization Agglo Pays d'Issoire .
