Connor Gibbs

Connor Gibbs (born February 2, 2001 in Fullerton , California ) is an American actor . He gained fame primarily through his recurring role in Ghost Whisperer - Voices from Beyond .

Life

Connor Gibbs began his acting career at the age of three. With his first audition he won over those responsible and that same week signed a contract with his parents with his own agent. He was also booked that week for two commercials and a shoot for Kodak with the award-winning Joe Pytka . One of these commercials was also broadcast worldwide during the 79th Academy Awards . In the same year Gibbs was also seen in his first significant role in a television series, when he was used in an episode of the award-winning series Monk . He also appeared in the short film Candy Shop , where he appeared together with Michael Q. Schmidt, among others . While he was still used in advertising and also took on small dubbing jobs, he was also involved in various theater productions and over time made it back to the screen, where he finally made his breakthrough with the series Ghost Whisperer - Voices from the Beyond celebrated. He slipped into the role of Aiden Lucas , the son of Melinda Gordon (played by Jennifer Love Hewitt ) in the successful television series and is in this role in all 22 episodes of the fifth and final season. For this role he received a Young Artist Award in 2011 in the category "Best Performance in a TV Series - Recurring Young Actor Ten and Under". He also appeared in a short film in 2010, where he starred alongside actors such as Caitlin Carmichael , Coco Grayson and Trenton Rogers , and in 2011 in an episode of Memphis Beat , for which he even won a Young Artist Award the following year was nominated in the category "Best Performance in a TV Series - Guest Starring Young Actor Ten and Under". He was also seen in 2011 in the television film The Naked Brothers Band: Mystery Girl , which was produced as part of the mockumentary The Naked Brothers Band and is the fifth part of a series of television films on the mockumentary. He had another appearance, this time in a leading role, in A Crush on You , for which he also received a nomination at the Young Artist Awards 2012; in this case in the category "Best Performance in a TV Movie, Miniseries or Special - Leading Young Actor".
