Create

His Pastorale Lutheri , a handbook for Lutheran pastors that dealt with many questions about the exercise of ministry and was reprinted well into the 19th century, had a particular impact . The Jungfrawen mirror has also become known. Porta's dramatic work includes both general moral pieces, such as a lying and blasphemous devil (Eisleben 1581), which was recorded in the Theatrum diabolorum (Frankfurt 1587), as well as pieces in the context of his work as a teacher. His attempt to introduce the genre of school comedy to girls' schools is special . However, this request failed to have a lasting effect.
