The Semper Constantia Privatbank Aktiengesellschaft is an Austrian bank.

Semper Constantia Privatbank (formerly Constantia Privatbank AG) was founded in 1986 by the Turnauer family of industrialists. The focus of the activity is the asset management of wealthy or noble clients. Most recently it was owned by Christine de Castelbajac, Herbert Turnauer's daughter .

Due to the close involvement with Immofinanz AG and Immoeast AG and a liquidity bottleneck in the wake of the economic crisis in 2008 , the bank was taken over in October 2008 by Aviso Gamma GmbH , a subsidiary of the five largest Austrian banks ( Bank Austria , Erste Bank , RZB , ÖVAG and BAWAG ). The Austrian state guaranteed 400 million euros, the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) guaranteed an additional 50 million euros.

The bank has been operating as Semper Constantia Privatbank Aktiengesellschaft since December 30, 2009 and was taken over by the current owners (including a foundation of the industrialist Hans Peter Haselsteiner and the renovator Erhard F. Grossnigg ) on June 22, 2010 .

In May 2012, the industrialist Herbert W. Liaunig , the then Siemens boss Peter Löscher , the fruit juice manufacturer Franz Rauch and Christian Planegger (Ventrex Automotive) became known as the new co-owners of Semper Constantia Privatbank. However, the planned entry of Peter Löscher and Christian Planegger has failed.

In December 2017, the takeover of Semper Constantia Privatbank AG by the Liechtensteinische Landesbank for 185 million euros became known.
