Constanze Siering

Constanze Siering (born July 10, 1991 in Recklinghausen ) is a former German rower . Her greatest achievement was winning the bronze medal in eighth place at the 2010 European Championships.

Siering started rowing in 2003 and was a member of the German junior national team in 2008 and 2009. At the Junior World Championships in 2008 she won the bronze medal with the German eighth . At the Junior World Championships in 2009 she also won the bronze medal with the eighth.

In 2010 Siering was a member of the German women's eight with which she won bronze at the European Championships. At the world championships in the same year, the boat took seventh place. In 2011 she rowed in the U23 women's eight, which reached fourth place at the U23 World Championships . On May 22, 2012, Siering qualified in Lucerne with the German women's eight, whom she led as the batter , for the Olympic Games in London . The team did not reach the Olympic final, however. After a year break, Siering returned in 2014 in a four-man car without a helmsman . At the end of her career, she finished fourth at the 2015 World Championships .

Siering launched for the rowing club Emscher from the Herne district Wanne-Eickel .
