Cor van der Hart (born January 25, 1928 in Amsterdam , † December 12, 2006 ) was a Dutch football player and coach.

Career

He experienced his greatest successes with Ajax Amsterdam . In a test match, Rinus Michels and van der Hart were selected from 300 applicants. He made his debut in 1947. In the same year he became national champion with his club. In 1950 he moved to Lille OSC . After professional football had established itself in the Netherlands, it returned and went to Fortuna '54 , the first Dutch professional club from Geleen . On March 13, 1955, van der Hart made his debut in the 1-1 draw against Denmark in the Dutch national team . In total, he played 44 times for Oranje and scored two goals for his country. He played, among other things, on March 14, 1956 in the 2-1 away win of the Netherlands against the then world champions Germany (where he scored the Germany goal with an own goal in the 77th). The 3-0 defeat against Hungary on April 30, 1961 was his last game for Oranje. In 1974 van der Hart was the assistant coach of Rinus Michels and also took part in the final of the soccer World Cup in Germany between the Netherlands and Germany. In the 1980s he was a season head coach at SC Telstar .
