Cord Schellenberg (born June 11, 1968 ) is a German television journalist and aviation expert .

Life

Cord Schellenberg passed the Abitur in 1987 at the Johanneum Hamburg . From 1995 to 1997 he was a non-party speaker of the Senate for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg . Then he set out as a public relations entrepreneur independently . As Vice President of the Luftfahrt-Presse-Club e. V., Cord Schellenberg volunteers for the interests of journalists and PR representatives in the aerospace industry.

Cord Schellenberg regularly comments on current events in international aviation in the media. His professional interest is aviation , air freight traffic and the travel industry. He appears regularly as a business and aviation expert on television, for example as a live commentator on major events such as the premiere of the Airbus A380 on NDR , the christening of the GermanwingsHamburg Shopper ” aircraft , and the opening of the Dornier Museum in July 2009. He evaluates current developments and conveys the sometimes very complex content in an understandable way. His specialist articles are also conveyed abroad via Deutsche Welle , for example . He also works as a moderator at various events and congresses in the field of aviation. In addition to his work as a television journalist and presenter, he also works in the field of print media.
