The Cosnier is a small river in France that runs in the Eure department in the Normandy region . It rises west of Broglie , in the municipal area of Saint-Aubin-du-Thenney , generally drains in a north-easterly direction and after 13 kilometers flows into the Charentonne as a left tributary in the urban area of Bernay . When crossing the city, it runs partly underground and finally meets the Pays d'Ouche landscape at the confluence with the Charentonne .
