Coumoxystrobin is a chemical compound from the group of methoxyacrylates and strobilurins .
Extraction and presentation
Coumoxystrobin is synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate as the starting material through several stages including alkylation, cyclization and condensation.

Coumoxystrobin is a broad spectrum fungicide . It works in the mitochondria of the fungus and inhibits cell respiration (QoL fungicide).
The compound was approved in China in 2010.
