The Cousins Rock is an isolated rock formation in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It rises east of the upper section of Berry Glacier and Patton Bluff and 5.5 km northeast of Coleman Nunatak .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1974 after Michael D. Cousins, ionospheric physicist at Siple Station from 1969 to 1970.
