Crassula hunua is a species of thick leaf ( Crassula ) in the family of thick leaf plants (Crassulaceae).

description

Crassula hunua is a tiny, delicate, herbaceous plant that is up to 2 inches long and grows in dense posters. Its shoots are pale green. The internodes are less than 5 millimeters apart. Their leaves are thin. The linear-lanceolate leaf blade is 1.5 to 1.75 millimeters (rarely 1 to 2 millimeters) long. The tip of the spreader is blunt to slightly pointed.

The four-fold flowers have a diameter of about 1.75 millimeters. They are short stalked . Her cup is deeply divided. The pointed sepals are ovate-oblong. Petals are larger than the sepals. They are oblong to ovate-oblong. Their color is not described. The stylus is bent back. Two to four seeds are formed per carpel .

Systematics and distribution

Crassula hunua is common on the north island of New Zealand on loamy river banks.

The first description by Anthony Peter Druce was published in 1987.

Synonyms are Tillaea pusilla Kirk (1899), Crassula pusilla (Kirk) APDruce & Given (1984, nom. Illeg. ICBN Article 53.1) and Tillaea pusilla var. Brevia Kirk (1899).
