Crestuma is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northwestern Portugal .

Crestuma is part of the Vila Nova de Gaia county in the Porto district . The community had an area of 4.7 km² and 2619 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the communities of Crestuma, Sandim , Olival and Lever were merged to form the new community União das Freguesias de Sandim, Olival, Lever e Crestuma .
