Cris Peter (born June 15, 1983 in Porto Alegre ) is a Brazilian colorist .

She mainly works in the American comic market for publishers such as DC Comics and Marvel Comics . She was nominated for the Eisner Award for her colors in the comic series Casanova . She also did the colors of major Brazilian comics, such as Astronauta - Magnetar (with Danilo Beyruth, published by Panini Comics) and Petals (with Gustavo Borges , published by Marsupial Editora). In 2013 she published the theoretical book O Uso das Cores ( The Use of Colors ), published by Marsupial Editora. It won the Troféu HQ Mix 2016 and 2017 in the “Best Colorist” category. In 2016 she received the British Fantasy Award for Bitch Planet (together with Valentine De Landro, Robert Wilson IV & Kelly Sue DeConnick )
