Cristian González , full name Cristian Marcelo González Tassano , (born July 23, 1996 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
society
The 1.85 meter tall defensive player González has been in the squad of the first division club Danubio FC since the 2015 Clausura . There he made his debut under coach Leonardo Ramos on March 7, 2015 in a 0-0 draw in the home game against the Montevideo Wanderers with a starting eleven in the Primera División . In the 2014/15 season he played a total of nine first division games (no goal) and four matches (no goal) of the 2015 Copa Libertadores . During the 2015/16 season he was used 22 times (no goal) in the Primera División. In the second half of August 2016 he moved to the Sevilla Atlético second representative of Sevilla FC , with whom he in turn signed a contract until June 30, 2020. With the Spaniards, he made 17 league appearances (one goal) in the Segunda División in the 2016/17 season.
National team
González is a member of the Uruguayan U-20 national team . He was first used on May 11, 2015 by coach Fabián Coito in the 2-1 defeat in the friendly against Honduras . So far (as of May 28, 2015) he has played a total of three international matches in the U-20s. He did not manage to score an international goal. He was nominated for the 2015 U-20 World Cup in New Zealand . During the tournament he played one game (no goal).
