Cerrca ( Albanian also Cërrcë , Serbian Црнце Crnce ) is a village in northwestern Kosovo and belongs to the municipality of Istog . The town of Istog is located two kilometers east of Cerrca.

The 2011 census recorded 1248 inhabitants for Cerrca. 1189 of them described themselves as Albanians (95.27%), 58 as Balkan Egyptians and one resident did not give any ethnicity.
All residents, with the exception of one Catholic and one who has no religion, professed Islam in 2011 .
