Cyril Gaillard (born January 20, 1986 in Grenoble ) is a former French cross-country skier .

Career

From 2004 to 2015, Gaillard mainly competed in the Alpine Cup. His best placement was fourth place in the cup race in January 2012 in the sprint in Zwiesel . He ran his first of a total of 26 World Cup races in Stockholm at the end of February 2008 , which he finished with 40th place in the sprint. In December 2009 he got his first World Cup points with 16th place in the sprint in Düsseldorf . He made his best World Cup race in January 2014 in Szklarska Poręba with fourth place in the sprint. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , he finished 30th in the sprint. He ended his career after the 2014/15 season.
