Cyrill Brugger
Cyrill Brügger (born July 10, 1938 , resident in St. Antoni ) is a Swiss politician ( SP ).
From 1976 to 1987 Bruges was a member of the Grand Council of the Canton of Friborg . On September 21, 1987, he replaced Jean Riesen, who died on September 12, 1987 . He was elected to the National Council on October 18, 1987 , and held this office until December 3, 1995.
