Dániel Sváb (born September 2, 1990 in Salgótarján ) is a Hungarian football player . He plays as a left-back in defense .

Sváb comes from the youth of Ferencváros Budapest , for whom he also played in the first division for the last few years, and in August 2013 moved to Germany in the 2nd Bundesliga at Energie Cottbus . His contract there expired in summer 2014 and he moved back to Hungary. Sváb played there until 2016 when he was signed by the Cypriot second division club Karmiotissa Pano Polemidion. In September 2016 Energie Cottbus announced that they had signed Sváb for the fourth -rate regional soccer league Nordost . The contract expired on July 1, 2017 and was not renewed.

Dániel Sváb played for the Hungarian U-19 and U-21 national team.
