Džemaludin Hadžiabdić

Džemaludin "Džemal" Hadžiabdić (born July 25, 1953 in Mostar ) is a former Bosnian football player and current coach . It is also called Jamal Haji in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates .

Hadžiabdić played from 1971 to 1980 for FK Velež Mostar and from 1980 to 1983 for Swansea City . He was 20 times in the squad of the Yugoslav national football team .

As a football coach, he was responsible for the teams of Swansea City (as Development Officer , 1992), Al-Ittihad (1992–1999), Qatar (1997 and 2000–2001), Al Ain Club (2001–2002), Al-Wakrah SC (2003 –2004), Al Shabab (2004–2005), Qatar Sports Club (2006), Al-Arabi (2007), Al-Ahli (2008), Al-Sailiya (2009–2010), Al-Fujairah SC (2012 and 2013 –2014), al-Dhafra (2012) and East Riffa Club (2013). In July 2015 he took over the Iraqi national team .
