GDR fencing championships 1983
The GDR fencing championships were held for the 32nd time in 1983 and took place from January 28th to 30th in Potsdam in the sports hall on Heinrich-Mann-Allee. The 26-year-old Mandy Niklaus successfully defended her title from the previous year and won her fourth championship after 1976 , 1980 and 1982 .
