DZBB is based in Quezon City . From there, Metro Manila and neighboring provinces are served. The station is owned by the media company GMA Network . DZBB operates, among other things, a medium wave transmitter on 594 kHz. The name of the sender is its sender identification ( station identification ). The prefix of DU - DZ was given to the Philippines by the ITU .
