Dagmar Pelzer
Dagmar Pelzer (born September 3, 1952 in Bremen ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ).
Life and politics
Dagmar Pelzer is a qualified teacher. She joined the Green Alternative List in Hamburg in 1982 and was a member of the state executive committee in 1986.
In February 1989 she moved up as a member of the Hamburg Parliament, to which she was a member until the election in June 1991. During this time she was a member of the GAL parliamentary group until March 1990. After six of the eight GAL MPs organized themselves into the newly created women's parliamentary group because of an internal party dispute, she remained non-attached until the end of her mandate.
Her political priorities were in the areas of school, youth, education, home affairs and legal policy. In her work, it was important to her to involve citizens' initiatives in her political work. Due to her activities, she always had a broad media presence and, according to the newspaper taz, was one of the most frequently cited female members of the parliament. After the end of her term of office, she became a deputy to the judicial authority.
She is divorced and has two children.
