Dahmsalen ( Norwegian ) is an ice-covered plateau in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Kottas Mountains of Heimefrontfjella , it is south of the Qvenildnova in Helsetskarvet .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it after Jan Øivind Dahm (* 1921), a resistance fighter against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
