Daiki Yagishita ( Japanese 柳 下 大樹 , Yagishita Daiki ; born August 9, 1995 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Daiki Yagishita learned to play soccer on the Teikyo High School school team . He signed his first contract with Matsumoto Yamaga FC in 2014 . The club from Matsumoto , a city in Nagano prefecture in the center of Honshū , the main island of Japan, played in the second highest Japanese league, the J2 League . At the end of 2014 he was runner-up with the club in J2 and was promoted to the first division. After only one season, he had to return to the second division at the end of 2015. From 2014 to 2015 he played 22 times in the J.League U-22 Selection . This team, which played in the third division, the J3 League , was made up of the best young players from the higher-class clubs. The team was founded with a view to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro . The players were selected on a weekly basis from a pool for which each club was able to name talented individuals worth promoting; the composition of the team therefore varied greatly from game to game. At the end of 2016, he left the club and joined the third division club Kataller Toyama from Toyama .
