Daina Gudzinevičiūtė
Daina Gudzinevičiūtė (born December 23, 1965 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian sports official, former sports shooter and Olympic champion.
Life
After graduating from secondary school in Vilnius , she completed a degree in law at the Law Faculty of Vilnius University .
From 1986 Gudzinevičiūtė was a member of the Lithuanian team and from 1988 to 1989 the Soviet team. Then she took part in the 2004 , 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics.
Until 2005, Gudzinevičiūtė worked as an officer at the Lithuanian border guard Valstybės sienos apsaugos tarnyba . Today she is active on the National Olympic Committee . Gudzinevičiūtė has been president of the Lietuvos tautinio olimpinio komitetas since 2012 . From 2014 to 2017 she headed a commission of the European Olympic Committees .
family
Gudzinevičiūtė has been divorced since 2015. Her husband, Tadas Griniukas, was a police officer and worked for the Vilnius Police Department .
