Dalal Bruchmann (born April 30, 1990 ; artist name: Dalal ) is an Austrian musician , composer and actress .

Life

Dalal Bruchmann grew up in Styria in south-eastern Austria and began playing the piano and violin at the age of four . She was part of the Kinder Musical Company Vienna and the Broadway Connection Vienna . She later studied art history, film and animation in Vienna . At the age of 17 she first worked as an actress for the series SOKO Donau . In 2011 Bruchmann moved to New York . At this time she also released her first single, Taste The Night . She moved to Los Angeles in late 2013 . In 2014 came the second single Suddenly , after which she also devoted herself to classical music. Her first classic EP was released on Sony Music in 2017 .

At the same time, she began to compose film scores and in 2014 she received the Hollywood Music in Media Award in 2014.

Bruchmann currently lives in Los Angeles. She is related to Franz von Bruchmann . She first recorded the single Einaudi: Nuvole Bianche , a piano piece by Ludovico Einaudi, for the Warner Classics label . The album The 50 Greatest Einaudi Pieces with 50 pieces by the Italian composer will follow on October 19, 2018 .
