The Dale Glacier is a Kar glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the southwest flank of Mount Huggins in the Royal Society Range to the Skelton Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1963 after Lieutenant Commander Robert L. Dale of the United States Navy , commander of the squadron of the VX-6 flight squadron, which wintered at McMurdo Station in 1960 .
