Mount Huggins is a 3735 m high and conical mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Royal Society Range, it towers over the formation zones of the Allison Glacier , the Dale Glacier and the Potter Glacier .
Participants of the Discovery Expedition (1901-1904) led by the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott discovered him. Scott named him after the astronomer and physicist William Huggins (1824-1910), President of the Royal Society from 1900 to 1905.
