Dalia Teišerskytė
Dalia Teišerskytė (born November 27, 1944 in Leonava , Raseiniai district ) is a Lithuanian politician and journalist .
Life
From 1950 to 1953 she studied at the Kretinga Middle School , but her family was expelled to Siberia in 1953 . From 1953 to 1959 she studied at the Meschdugranka Forestry School ( Irkutsk Oblast ). From 1959 to 1962 she was a forest worker . From 1968 to 1974 she studied journalism at the Vilniaus universitetas . From 1967 to 1989 she worked in printing and in the media. She has been a member of the Seimas since 2000 . From December 2002 to March 2003 she was a member of Kaunas City Council .
She was a member of Naujoji Demokratie - Moterų partija , Lietuvos liberalų sąjunga and is a member of the LRLS .
