The Dallwitz-Nunatak is a Nunatak with a cliff on its southern flank in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . In the Tula Mountains it rises south of Mount Selwood and north of Mount Sones . It consists of strongly banded metasedimentary rock overlaid by massive gneiss .

The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it in 1983 after the geologist Wally B. Dallwitz, who had studied the structure of the Nunatak.
