The Dalrymple Point is a 1 km, striking and rocky headland on the north coast of Joinville Island in the archipelago of the Joinville Island group before the northern end of the Antarctic Peninsula . It marks the eastern limit of the entrance to Ambush Bay .
It is named after the British geographer Alexander Dalrymple (1737–1808).
