The Dammkarhütte is a private refuge in the Karwendel Mountains in Bavaria , Germany .
location
The hut at 1650 m is in the Dammkar in the Karwendel Mountains between the walls of the Kreuzwand and the Predigtstuhl.
history
The hut, inaugurated in 1951, received a material cable car in 1978 and was expanded to include a separate washroom in 2005 and a new sewage treatment plant in 2017.
