Dan Ťok (born April 4, 1959 in Uherské Hradiště ) is a Czech manager and politician . From 2014 to 2019 he was Minister of Transport.

Ťok graduated from the Technical University of Brno and started working as a designer in the mechanical engineering company První brněnská strojírna in Brno , where he was promoted to management. Later he was general director of ABB , Alstom , KKCG and Skanska in the Czech Republic.

After the resignation of Transport Minister Antonín Prachař on November 12, 2014, the ANO 2011 party nominated Ťok as his successor, whereupon the latter ended his activity at Skanska. Ťok was sworn in by President Miloš Zeman on December 4, 2014 as the new Minister of Transport in the Bohuslav Sobotka government . He held this office in the first cabinet of Andrej Babiš , which was sworn in on December 13, 2017, and in his second cabinet until April 30, 2019.
