Dani van der Moot (born March 7, 1997 in Zaandam ) is a Dutch football player .

Career

society

Van der Moot began his career at FC Volendam . Between 2008 and 2012 he played in the youth team from AZ Alkmaar . For the 2012/13 season he moved to the youth team at PSV Eindhoven . In December 2014 he made his debut for the second team from Eindhoven in the Eerste Divisie when he came on as a substitute for Elvio van Overbeek on matchday 19 of the 2014/15 season against Telstar in the 62nd minute . By the end of the season he made two appearances in the second Dutch division. In the 2015/16 season he worked for the second team.

For the 2016/17 season he was awarded to the second team of FC Utrecht . In October 2016 he scored his first goal in the Eerste Divisie in a 2-1 defeat against MVV Maastricht . By the end of the season he came to 27 missions for the second team from Utrecht, in which he scored three goals. After the loan ended, he returned to Eindhoven for the 2017/18 season. For the second team of PSV he played eleven games that season in which he scored one goal.

After the 2017/18 season, he left PSV Eindhoven. After half a year without a club, he moved to FC Volendam in January 2018, for whom he had already played in his youth. For Volendam he made eight appearances in the Dutch second division in the 2018/19 season, in which he scored one goal.

National team

Van der Moot played for the Dutch U-15 team in 2012 . From 2012 to 2013 he came to nine missions for the U-16 team .

In September 2013 he made his debut against Germany for the U-17 team . With this he also took part in the EM in 2014 . With the Netherlands he lost to England in the final . Van der Moot appeared in all five games during the tournament and scored two goals.
