Daniel Gallagher
Daniel B. Gallagher is an American Latinist .
Life
He obtained a BS in Microbiology , University of Michigan in 1993, a Master of Arts in Philosophy , Catholic University of America ( Master's thesis : Joseph Owens and the debate on the predication of existence) 1995, the STB, Theologie, Gregoriana 1998, the STL, Theologie , Gregorian 2000 and MA in Education, University of Michigan, 2002.
From 2002 to 2007 he taught as Assistant Professor of Philosophy in the Philosophy Department at the Sacred Heart Major Seminary. From 2013 to 2017 he was a trainer in Latin, Paideia Institute for Humanistic Study. From 2007 to 2017 the priest of the Diocese of Gaylord was a papal Latinist. In 2017 he was Adjunct Professor of Philosophy, Department of Philosophy, Aquinas College and Adjunct Professor of Latin at the University of Notre Dame in 2017. Since 2017 he has been Ralph and Jeanne Kanders Associate Professor of the Practice in Latin at Cornell University .
