Daniel Goens (born September 15, 1948 in Neder-Over-Heembeek ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

Daniel Goens has been the Belgian amateur champion six times in various track cycling disciplines, in two- person team races, in the 1000-meter time trial , in tandem races and in the omnium . In 1967 he succeeded in winning three titles at the Belgian rail championships within two days. He formed a successful tandem team with his compatriot Robert Van Lancker : they finished third at the UCI World Railroad Championships in 1967 in Amsterdam and second in the following year at the World Railroad Championships in Montevideo . A few weeks later, they won the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Mexico City .

From 1970 to 1971 Goens was a professional and also drove street races , but without being able to distinguish himself.
