Daniel Heinrich Heyke

Daniel Heinrich Heyke (born June 29, 1797 in Lübeck ; † August 24, 1856 there ) was a merchant and councilor (senator from 1848) of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Heyke belonged to the Riga Driver Corporation . As their elder (1838) he was elected to the Lübeck Council in 1840, after having worked in civil deputations since 1830. As a senator until his death he was a member of the building deputation, the poor institution, the water art and the finance department. At times he was also a member of the High Court.
