Daniel Keppeler (born January 18, 1997 in Nuremberg ) is a German basketball player on the position of the great winger ( power forward ). He is in the squad of the second division Tigers Tübingen .

career

In 2012, Keppeler moved from Nuremberg BC to TSV Breitengüßbach , the club where Bundesliga club Brose Bamberg trains its young players. He played for Breitengüßbach in JBBL and NBBL and gained experience in the men's division in the 1st regional league. In 2014 he was accepted into the FC Baunach squad for the 2nd Bundesliga ProA . Baunach is also involved in the Bamberg youth work as a “farm team”. In 2016 he won the NBBL championship title with the Breitengüßbach U19 team. Keppeler scored 7.4 points per game for Baunach in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA in the 2018/19 season, but missed relegation with the team. In June 2020 he made his Bundesliga debut in the Bamberg colors.

In summer 2020 he moved to the second division Tigers Tübingen .

National team

From the age range U15, Keppeler completed international games for the German junior national teams.
