Melissa Marr
Melissa Marr (born July 25, 1972 in Pennsylvania ) is an American author . She primarily writes books for young people , but also novels for adults, in the field of urban fantasy . She also published some romance novels under the pseudonym Ronnie Douglas .
Life
Marr studied literature, making a living from a bar job. She then taught English literature and creative writing at a university for twelve years . In 2007 she published her first book, Wicked Lovely .
Marr has been married since 1998, lives in Washington DC, and has three children, a daughter and two sons.
