Mikko Lindström (* 12. August 1976 in Klaukkala , stage name : Linde , Lilly Lazer and Daniel Lioneye ) is a Finnish guitarist and co-founder of the rock band HIM .

He is considered a great admirer of Iggy Pop . Lindström and Ville Valo first met at the school disco when they were ten. He has had a daughter with his partner Manna since March 2003. Manna is now also active as a singer. Her debut album Sister also features the duet Just For Tonight with Ville Valo.

Daniel Lioneye

Under the name Daniel Lioneye , he brought out his own album in 2001 called The King Of Rock 'n Roll . This album can be seen as a side project of HIM, as two other band members (Ville Valo, drums , and Mige Amour, bass ) supported him. Linde sang and played the guitar . In contrast to the cleaner HIM sound, The King Of Rock'n'Roll is a noisy rock'n'-roll album. The title song of the same name was used as the theme of the MTV program Viva la Bam . The second album Daniel Lioneye Vol. 2 was released in 2010. Ville Valo was no longer on the drums.
