Daniel Rašljić

Daniel Rašljić (born February 7, 1975 in Chur ) is a Swiss-Croatian basketball coach and former basketball player .

career

Daniel Rašljić played as a junior from 1988 to 1993 for the basketball club KZO Wetzikon and from 1993 to 1994 for the basketball club Winterthur .

From 1995 to 1998 he was in charge of various junior teams at BC Winterthur. In the 1999/2000 season he was head coach at Femina Basket Regensdorf in the National League A. From 2000 he was in charge of Phoenix Basket Regensdorf and rose with the team from 2000 to 2003 a total of four times. In the 2007/08 season he was head coach of the BC Zurich Academica (Wildcats) in the National League B.

In the 2009/2010 season, Daniel Rašljić moved again to the basketball club Winterthur , with the aim of leading the teams from the club into competitive sports . As technical director and trainer of the senior teams, he rose with the women and men from the 3rd regional league to the national league A. With the women, he won the Swiss Cup in 2017 and 2019 . In 2019, the Winterthur women and coach Rašljić became vice Swiss champions.
