Daniel Zdravevski (born June 2, 2001 ) is a German basketball player of North Macedonian descent.

career

Zdravevski's father Tome came to Germany from Macedonia , where he played basketball for BG Hagen. Daniel Zdravevski played for BG Hagen as a youth, and in 2017 he moved to the youth division of FC Bayern Munich . In 2019 he became German U19 champions with FC Bayern. He was also used in the second Munich men's team in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB .

For the 2019/20 season he returned to Hagen, was accepted into the second division squad of Phoenix Hagen , and was also given the right to play for the U19 team Phoenix 'and the regional league team of BG Hagen. In October 2019, Zdravevski made his first appearance in the second division for Phoenix Hagen.

National team

In the summer of 2017, Zdravevski took part in the European Championship for this age group with the German U16 national team. In 2018 he was appointed to the U18 national team by the Macedonia Basketball Association. According to his father Tome's statement in July 2018, his son feels like a Macedonian and wants to play for Macedonia. However, Zdravevski was refused permission to change the national team by the German Basketball Association . His sister Laura also became a German national youth basketball player.
