Dariusz Suska (born June 3, 1968 in Złotoryja ) is a Polish poet .

Life

Suska attended elementary school in Złotoryja and from 1983 the grammar school in Wroclaw . After graduating from high school in 1987, he studied applied physics at the Technical University of Breslau . He made his debut as a poet in 1989 in the student magazine Na Indeksie, which he co-edited . Since he refused military service in 1990 , his third year of study was not counted. He moved to the University of Wroclaw , where he completed his physics studies with an Absolutorium in 1993. In 1995 he moved to Warsaw and worked as a journalist , first for Życie Warszawy until 1996, then for Życie from 1996 to 1998 and finally for Gazeta Wyborcza from 1998 to 2005. In addition, he obtained his master's degree at the University of Warsaw in 1999 and took on from 2000 to 2001 a postgraduate degree in computer science . Since 2005 he has been working as a consulting editor for the television station TVN .

He lives in Warsaw.
